If you cancel before the 24 hour window of your appointment there will not be a charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged in full. If there is a special running, you will  be charged the regular service price if you fail to cancel before 24 hours for your service.  

The above applies to no shows as well.
